Fred Couples golf swing is the envy of many golfers. His swing is very relaxed and smooth. Fred hits the ball a mile but it appears he takes a leisure swing at the ball. Fred has won 17 plus golf tournaments during his career including the 1992 Masters. Freddy is a crowd favorite.

Opened 1995 TOUR schedule with T5 at Mercedes Championships and made five straight cuts after that, including T10 at the Masters
After missing first cut of year at MCI Classic, left TOUR for nearly two months due to resumption of back problems--diagnosed as closing of the space between disc and spinal cord.
