United States Senior Long Drive Championships

Sam Turner, a one time long drive participate and District Champion/Remax World Long Drive finalist, started the United States Senior Long Drive Championships (USSLDC) in 2014. The USSLDC were held yearly from 2014 - 2019. Because of the Coronavirus pandemic the competition was canceled in 2020 and has not been resumed since.

Being a long drive competitor myself and a 2007 Remax District Champion/Remax World Long Drive Finalist with some tech skills I created and maintained the USSLDC website. Although the USSLDC has not resumed I continue to maintain the website and championship results for the participants and for historical reasons.

Below are slideshows of nearly all participants throughout the years. There are hundreds of photos and videos of the champions and participants from 2014 through 2019. If you competed your photo is most likely in the slideshows. Because of Ransomware I lost some photos and videos I could not replace.

I think many of you know I didn't start competing in Long Drive events until my 60's. I am now going on 80 and I still enjoy watching and staying UTD with your activities and results. I know many are like me and no longer compete. Father time does it's damage. My favorite saying is "nothing stays the same", which drives my better half crazy. I still enjoy technology and everything I do now is just a hobby and for others..
